New communication approach for Hessen
Brief storytelling for the most important source markets - Germany, the Netherlands, and Great Britain
Hesse's rural regions offer countless opportunities for vacation and leisure activities to their guests.
The magazine "Natur, Land, Hessen" presents eleven Hessian tourist regions with their respective peculiarities. Whether Bergstrasse, FrankfurtRhineMain, the Lahn Valley, Northern Hesse, the Odenwald, the Rheingau, the Rhön, the Spessart, the Taunus, the Vogelsberg or the Westerwald. (Sinn vom letzten Satz? Würde ich weglassen)
In close cooperation with the Hessen Agentur, we have developed a magazine that emphasizes the distinctive and typical facets of each unique tourist region. Goal: to win more guests for a holiday in the countryside. Introduced is a shepherdess with her Rhön sheep, Little Red Riding Hood narrates of the fairy tale world of the Brothers Grimm, Orchard-savers from the Odenwald present their apples and a butcher from Northern Hesse raves about the Ahle Wurscht.
The magazine also gives tips for various excursions in the different regions, and there are also short vacation offers or recipes for typical Hessian dishes.
The successful magazine was redesigned as a pocket version in 2019 as to be more compact and manageable. Through translations into English and Dutch, tourists from abroad will also be inspired and won over for a country holiday in Hesse. At the same time, we were able to significantly reduce the manufacturing costs in the shortened version without losing any of the relevant content.
